snowstorm at September

snowstorm at September

This is me, carrying my nature photography gear on top of Saana fell (Kilpisjärvi, Northern Finland). The photo was taken on the mid September 2005. I was on company photo trip with a couple of my work colleagues. Local snowstorm came and blocked visibility almost completely. Statistically this is a best place in Finland to see Auroras. No much light pollution there. On the both sides of New Years day, there is approx two month period of darkness. Unfotunately I do not live there...

    Cool picture!
Very cold looking picture. Looks pretty rugged too. Dave
