My favorite set up, C8 Edge HD and AT102ED, mounted on a Losmandy AZ8.
07/21/20, Out viewing Jupiter and Saturn and Star Clusters. The AT102ED gives better views on planets due to the brightness of C8.The C8 wins out on DSO's. AT102ED wins out on wide field views. This is a nice combination for a night of viewing. Eyepieces being used the Baader Hyperion 8X24 Zoom with or without 2.5X Barlow (Giving me 29.75X to 223.12 X) on the AT102AT. Explore Scientific 20mm 100° (Giving me 101.60 X ) and Televue 31mm Nagler type 5 (Giving me 65.54 X) eyepieces on the C8.
