My imaging rig is coming along. I have mounted the 65mm refractor atop the Mak-Newt which cost about $400 for the saddle and dovetail plates. Robert from the club has been helping me get the cords and required computer applications. Always something to learn, I really need to read my imaging book.

I also snuck out to Carver during the work week last night for a few hours with just the 65mm APO to image Markarian's Chain and the Leo triplet since its galaxy season. The bright moon was also below the horizon. It was worth it because based on the weather and some upcoming weekend plans I may not get another chance to get out under ideal conditions until early June for the LLCC trip.
