Great information and advice. I was planning on using JB Weld Steel epoxy for my holes.

Great information and advice. I was planning on using JB Weld Steel epoxy for my holes.


I was told by the powder coater I used that JB Weld will not take a powdercoat finish. He said there were two products that work well and AllMetal by USC is the best.

One thing I did to help fill holes in the thin metal tube was to run a fine thread tap thru each hole to give the AllMetal some structure to hold onto.
