It doesn't state if the eyepice is .965 or 1.25 inch. Does anyone know? He also has other eyepieces if you view his other items for sale.

Hmmm....not sure about the barrel size. One of the Criterion owners can probably chime in on this one.

I get an inbox full of alerts every morning, so I thought I would start posting some of them. I cast my nets far and wide on eBay and I dredge up a lot of stuff that I am not personally interested in bidding on. But someone else might be. :)

Those should be 1.25". I've seen only a few 0.965" and they've been marked CRICO rather than CRITERION.

When I was a kid, I used to read about "pit and claw" mounts for telescopes but never knew what one was. Can anyone comment on the "Bardou and Son" brass telescope mount?

That Bardou antique brass refractor looks pretty tasty... but too bad the objective lens has suffered a bit. :p
