Ok, so it's a "semi" classic (wooden tripod!) 60mm f/15 Tasco on eBay. But, I couldn't help noticing the exact same photo used in two entirely different auctions. I don't smell crookery on such a small dollar item, but thought someone might be interested in seeing it.

Maybe some seller hijacking someone else's photo? Which makes no sense either, since both sellers are bigtime sellers... surely they have a camera. But, I neither can I believe that the telescope is the same item either.

That telescope gets around... it was also on Craigslist with the same description text as eBay auction #200113367553.

I've sometimes seen what look to be 'stock' photos of telescopes cadged off who-knows-where, used by these high-power-sellers, who may simply not have time or interest in taking their own shots. One also shouldn't expect detailed info either when asking questions.
