The decision between a GOOD manufactured 12"/14" LX200R and a 210 mewlon would be hands down to the Meade.

But the hard thing about importing a scope is the risk shipping. It is almost a 50% chance to get it like a broken puzzle of loose glass.

If you decide to ship it from the european importer, you get a fast and painful hole in your pocket. The nowadays Meade prices on Europe are not justified. The Euro is strong now. It is almost better to take a plane flight to Florida and bring your scope down to Europe within your arms on that the same day.

You can have a visit, buy a scope and get a plane flight and save 40% off the european Meade's price.

If you have a relative there, that gets even better.
