The BIN price is not bad. I bet it sells pretty quick.

Wasn't somebody in here looking for one of these recently?

I had been looking for a 9VR, 99VR or 999VR. Was hoping for a 9VR and low and behold a Celestron Cometron "circle V" showed up. Postman delivered it today, some sweet glass! Can't wait to take a peak tonight, it's actually clear! WOO HOOOO.........

I picked up one of these at the flea market for real cheap ($2.00) and it turned out to be one of my favorite scopes. Not a "planet killer" by any means, but a really nice little wide field scope for both visual and imaging. And they are so small and light that they do really well on small eq mounts.

I regret selling mine. It's a very nice richfield achro for the money.

It would make an excellent super finder for a larger scope, or a great grab-n-go spotting scope.

I think I paid about $40.00 for mine which was a 99VR.

Regards and clear skies,

MikeG
