I am looking for any information on the company called ATCO. As many of our members are aware, this company sold many high quality imports from Japan during the 1960s.

Does anyone know where this firm was located? Was it situated in Atco, New Jersey, close to Edmund Scientific Co.?

Does anyone have ATCO's catalogue?

Where did ATCO acquire its telescopes in Japan? From Kenko?

What is the history of ATCO? When was it founded and by whom? When did they go out of business?

Any information would be helpful!

I'm in a hurry, so I'll post this quick and comment later.

Here is "ATCO", an original ad from the company that sold these scopes.
