Hi Steve!

I'm glad that you included Palomar 12, in spite of the low surface brightness. I bagged Pal 12 after only 2 years of trying using my TMB 203 f/7 and a Pentax 10 XW eyepiece. It was *ephemeral* to say the least. I first picked out 3 stars (cluster members?) before it flickered in and out of view using AV. Finding this globular is a lot easier than seeing it.

Wade and Rodger;

Always glad to hear from a satisfied reader, I am glad to hear that you folks enjoy the articles and are willing to take on the challenges that some of these objects provide.

Clear Skies to us all;
Steve Coe
