I took this shot of NGC 7293, the helix nebula, about two months ago in Oregon. Since it's been raining for about two weeks I need something else to keep me out of trouble.
This is a single shot, modified with a technique learned from Hiram, Greg and Paul from the Solar forum...I've added a few things while learning how to do it.
you will need the little chinncy 3D glasses or use your scope filters...red for left eye and green/blue for the right eye. Without the glasses it looks oversaturated....that was necessary because the 3D effect seems to rob some of the color.

Comments are always appreciated.
