Hey, CN'ers, Edmund Scientifics is offering (currently, at least) the Sky Atlas 2000.0 laminated field edition for $41.95. That's almost thirty bucks off the regular price. Any takers? mulder

If you are looking to save a bit more, Amazon.com has the deluxe for $35, the desk for $29, and the field for $29. These are unlaminated and all second edition.

Preston and TT: Just received it in the mail yesterday, and it is the laminated field version, 2nd edition. It's by far the cheapest I've seen it offered in all of my internet scavenger hunts. Seems that Edmund's normal asking price for this is $49.95, but that's still $20 off the usual retail. If you like white stars on a natural black background like I do, it seems a heckuva good deal.
