:jump: I have just finished a very readable and well written book on the history of mankind’s attempts to understand how the universe came into being. The book is titled The Big Bang: The Origin of the Universe. The author is Simon Singh, who also wrote Fermat’s Enigma. Once I started this fascinating read I spent an entire weekend and one entire night staying up avidly reading it. Indeed a page-turner as good as any work of fiction I have ever read.

Published by HarperCollins and in Great Britain by Forth Estate. 2004

The last Scientific American also had a very good article. Cool stuff! Thanks for the recommendation! :D
