I have been trying to use a toucam with a tv85 and for some reason I cannot get it to focus. It works fine with a Nexstar8i, but it doesn't seem to be able to focus down enough with the TV. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to solve it?

That's fairly normal, as refractors generally have much less effective focuser travel than SCT's. Usually the addition of a Barlow will make it work.

I bought an extention for my Pronto & still have focus issues. I think you have an extention tube or two in your future.

A IR/UV filter should be in your kit too, even the mighty TV-85 won't focus those wave lengths, but your ToUcam will record them: As blury.

Good Luck!
