looks like its made out of leftover pvc pipe. are those two plastic rings with holes in them supposed to be the finder?

To heck with the scope, I want the mount. I've been looking for an EQ that will hold my C11, ED80, a new Tak 130, my Rebel, and SAC7 for portable astrophotography. My prayers have been answered!
