Does any one know the battery size/voltage for the old C8 finderscopes? My C8 has the right angle finder with the silver battery/LED holder that illuminates the reticle in the finderscope but I have lost the battery and don't remember the size or voltage. Thanks in advance

If it the same as mine(Powerstar111 circa 1988).
I believe it may be the same finder scope.
Mine is the Polaris 8x50.
It also is a right angle with illuminated reticle(red LED).
Here is a link for the battery for mine.
The original mercury batteries are not made anymore.
