I recently started doing time lapse videos of outreach events I was hosting. It's pretty neat to watch it at various speeds, to see how the crowd moves around. Time Lapse is pretty easy with a camera, intervalometer, and Quicktime 7.

I don't know how to embed youtube videos on CN, but you can watch the time lapse here:
