It is indeed a nice scope, you'll like it. It works very well with a binoviewer....

It was The Force, Grasshopper...this is the same cosmic impulsion that will cause you to shower it with gifts.

Not to mention Feast of the Thrum
Bluebeard's Wedding Anniversary (there are eight of 'em)
and then there's the special significance of:

Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday (Anacortes is now open)

Plenty of things to celebrate with baubles for the scope...

Hello All... Just put my LXD-55 SN-8 for sale and ordered a Nexstar 11 GPS also.....see my post in the LXD-55 section. My father has owned a Celestron SC-8 for 6 years now. It operates flawlessly....I'm sure I'll have questions and am currently building my own astro cam following Steve Chambers design with a Phillips ToUCam. I'll update that section soon. Looking forward to participating in this forum!

Hi Mark:
You wont regret it. The NS11GPS is a great scope. Less perks but sturdy and great optics. Use Starry Night or other software and you can go to millions of targets.
