Hello, I just picked up a Takahashi 225 and my problem is it came with everything except a visual back or diagnol. Just the threaded rear. Takahashi has so many adapters and since this is an older scope I can't find it specifically mentioned in the lists of adapters. Does anyone here know a source for a visual back or adapter so I can use my Meade 929 sct diag. Thanks in advance

Congrats on picking up the TSC-225...
The best place to start is Art Ciampi at Texas Nautical Repair..
You can contact him here: artc@takahashiamerica.com
If you are lucky it might be the same one used on the Mewlon 180/210/300

Guess I got lucky! I just found out from Texas Naut. that it uses A TOA0080 MEWLON 2” compression ring adapter. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
