There have been some clarifications made in the Cloudy Nights Terms of Service as it pertains to 'Posting from other sites, and copyright and privacy issues' and 'Vendors'. We hope that these clarifications will make these areas of the TOS easier for our membership to understand and comply with. Please take a moment and give it a look.
