They look identical/rebranded.

 

P.S.  With the good $/Yen rate maybe you can buy Vixen's direct from amazon.jp cheaper than in the US.

Huh... interesting. The Saitama factory that manufactures these allowed them to be rebranded? I'm surprised they did this, since it's a joint venture between Vixen and Miyauchi. They must have had their reasons I suppose

I do have Kasai filter holders for my Blue Planet Optics 2.3x40mm Galileans, and I have only found the skyglow filter useful for M42 Orion, M8 Lagon, and it made M27 a blinking planetary. I found having the filter in one eye and no filter in the other to work better since you can see all the guide stars that way. However, I still prefer unfiltered best! Some tape filters to the front.
