As of 2/23/19 SS Cyg is in another outburst. I estimated it's mag at 9.1 using comp stars 86 and 91.

I'm watching SS continue to fade, as of 3/1/19 I estimated its magnitude at 10.2 using comp stars 98 and 103.

Yes, strange isn't it ?  Just back from a visual observation 2019/10/30 17h53 UTC magn +8.4 / +8.5 looks that SS Cyg reach finaly the maximum, but who knows...
