Denis, having had several Bino Vue units... What benefit would the Baader EP holders provide compared to the original TV splined collets? IME, they're effortlessly adjustable for sliding in/out for "diopter" tweaking, actually have a permanent diopter setting (at least one side - both sides on earliest models), are lighter weight, etc. What is, in your opinion, the advantage of that mod?

Hi slack,

main advantage is much shorter light path.

Even with installed Baader ClickLock eyepiece holders you save 7mm backfocus,

while if you install Baader Ultrashort eyepiece holders from link

https://www.teleskop...--T2-Clamp.html

you save much more light path.

Next advantage of T2 system is universality, which allow users to use on one side camera etc, and on other side you can use eyepeice, or any other combination you want who support T2 system.

Would a new Denkmeier Binotron-27 need supercharging, or would it be possible to enhance these binoviewers thru supercharging? Please explain. Thank you.

Hi Denis and happy xmas,

I deaf so my english will not be that good, just easy english,

I am very impress with all your experts with binos waytogo.gif

My bino is Baader mark V , so far it must be over 12 years old and its fab,  first time ever i just clean the glasses , now looks great clean and colimates allways  looks fine to me, so my normal eyepieces clamp is okay ??

I notices for ages right side is 26mm diameter like you said so can you just open up bigger just on the right side only ? or you can tell me,

i bet it will it be worth it because i did put 5 x powermate with 20mm eyespieces in one at a time and the left side 28mm hole is brighter than the very dull right side 26mm hole !

and how much please ?

Kind regards

Henry

Hi Denis, just curious how do you unscrew this part? I have exactly the same binoviewer and I want to replace it with something else, but I can`t understand how to remove it. I found only two small screws inside but it seems like their role is to change prisms position. Thx.

Binoviewers Supercharging, Collimation, and Cleaning, new price is 200 Euros.

Its possible only for EU customers unfortunatly due customs issues here in my country only, so if you can ship your binoviewer from any EU country, excellent.

Kind regards,

Denis
