hello, about the nikon 80/1200 achromat refractor. I have send a lens for test and can confirm lens is not ED lens as if you see on the foucault test color correspond to standart achromat lens.

FYI - There was a like new condition Nikon 100ED APO sold on Yahoo auctions last weekend for more than 700,000 JPY. cool.gif

Still for a mint ED100 if it had its mount stand and eyepieces that is a reasonable price really.

Still for a mint ED100 if it had its mount stand and eyepieces that is a reasonable price really.

It's the OTA only with standard accessories like finder, rings, 3 eyepieces and the wood case. Mount and pier were listed separately and also sold.
