I like Steph's counting, so two woo's till we get together for LCSP!

:woohoo: :woohoo:

(Although counting like this a few months in advance would make for a lot of graemlins and I've only ever seen Lenny use that many.)

seriously though, if the weather doesnt work for us, what are the plans???
show and tell ????
Im bringing a small photo album with some of my photos in it.
Not on par with Erikas and others , but theyre not to bad.
And if it gives us a clear night, would some one allow me to use a 2" diagonal and ep in my refractor.
Im debating whether to work some way to buy one of each, for the 102mm refractor or not.

Good! I'll enjoy seeing them though I won't have anything to show in return. I guess someday I'll have to get some prints made.

I should have a diagonal and eyepiece(s) for you to try if the sky permits. I'll have gear with me that I don't know how to run so I'll probably be mooching views anyway.

Aw, c'mon John! I find it hard to believe that there's astro gear you don't know how to run! ;)

He's so modest!

Andy, I'm looking forward to seeing your album. I've always enjoyed your excellent lunar photos.

I won't be bringing mine unless I take the time to file all my observations and sketches into it from the past several months. At the moment, I've got a stack of loose sketches and reports on the floor piled with books and my ring binder. I may have to get another ring binder to fit them as the first one is pretty full now (It's a three inch binder).

Geez, nobody cares whether I show up so long as the Ethos makes it.

It's still in the box; you can have first light with it. ;)

Nope. Sure didn't. :smirk:

Oh no, it's going to be the who did what first. Need I remind you about the Andy vs. Di hug. (Stephy dear, TOS prevents me from posting what I'd really say, but I'm sure Erika would know exactly what I'm thinking. ) :smarty:

Yes, I do. It's like your brain thoughts travel in light speed to hit me smack between the eyes to illustrate the point.

Well, it's time for me to through out my trump card. A fresh apple pie goes to me getting dibs over Diane for a: first views in Lenny's new solar scope (Seems Di already beat me to the punch with Robert's new filters!) and b: first light with John's new Ethos.

And I guess I can through in my left with a promise not to take incriminating sleeping photos of those two persons if my wish is granted.

I don't use eyepieces much, either. That's why I usually choose ones that look cool rather than worrying about how well they work...

Erika, In spite of you tormenting me, I'll still give you that neck/shoulder rub this weekend. Even though, I just had my two cortisone shots in my hand today and just washed the bedding for your guest room and bought nice soft toilet tissue for you to use. I do all this for you because, well, I'm nice like that. :flower:

I don't remember for sure. I picked it up somewhere (cheap) because it looked cool. I'll bring some decent 2" eyepieces this weekend so you can try 'em.
