Some captures from the Chiefland star party this week...

These were 35 second exposures stacked in infility software up to as long as 1800 seconds in
ALT/AZ evolution mount and AT80edt scope @ 4.8....NO GUIDING...eazy/peazy to do.
Amazing that an alt az mount can keep stars registration for that long while fighting field rotation.

35 second expoures smoothed out by average type stacking...truly "Live Imaging" on the fly..

The little 80mm scope and mount is on the left and is 30 lbs total.

The above images are 35-40 seconds,,,,,,just stacked in average for a long time..in
the alt az mount mode..the more you can do the more film like the image is..

To do up to 2000 seconds in unguided alt/az mode,with good star registration is super.
These were done totally with infinity software.

The older type of stacking (in alt/az) (sum)fast 2 second images until you reach a
good sn level is
very limited..with added stacking...You reach a limit then you blow out the image with
more stacked frames....

Average type stacking just gets better with more frames...
I used to have to use a EQ mount and good guiding to do this...over afew fast frames.

But after this week at Chiefland.....I think the eazy/peazy way it just fun to do..

While the other Scope/EQ mount/guided tracking is doing true imaging long exposers. But those will wait for processing.. Displayed in this post the 1600 were fast one's done in sharpcap. in the eea tradtion.

The mount is a celestron evolution alt/az with star sense auto align.For the
Infinity pics..

IEq45 Pro guided for the asi1600c...fast images....others later.

Yes I will post some from the AT10INTT@F4 and asi 1600c in bin 1 full res.
and done,But short exposures..on all my 1600 pics..stacked and done in sharpcap 2.9
The longer ones need processing at a later date.

A full frame from the ASI1600cc and the AT10INTT@F4...stack of 60 second exposures done with shapcap 2.9  bin 1 raw 16. Had to downsize this from the original 34mb png to 239kb jpg...so lost some..

Thought I would add a crop of M27 from the ASI1600c,AT10INTT@f4.....done with Sharpcap 2.9 software.

This is a reduced jpg to display..no photo shop,done in windows 10 photos,,

This is an example of what I call "Live Imaging".....30-120 second images stacked and processed in real time

with capture software...imaging done live....

Yes you can do live viewing by looking at a few 30 second frames...But I like to watch a better image develop on its own with stacking

and becoming more CCD like with  less than 1/10 the work and time....eazy/peazy imaging.

 

(btw) focus was a little off  oops..

I don't know if you would ever do this, but I would like to see a couple of images with the AT10INT (F4) and the ATIK Infinity.  I was thinking of getting this scope at some point to use with my Infinity, but would like to see some images before going down that path

_{I have never had my infinity on an EQ mount b4,,lol.....with the new longer exposures....10 min..it might be time.  But that will wait with the AT10INTT for my next star party...(Febuary)..The image will be over 2x bigger with infinity (11mm diag) vrs the 22mm diag of the 1600..}

_{But I will soon put the infinity on my C14F1.9 at home...just because its so fast and easy to use vrs the 414ex and astrotoaster...I will broadcast on www.Nightskiesnetwork.com soon.}

_{I do recomend the AT10INTT F4...its a little $$ but the build quality is great. And its made for big sensors.}

_{It holds focus very well...There are some other versions with solid Carbon tubes at less $$,,but}

_{as you know,being in Florida..getting to the optics of open tubes is a must for cleaning,, thus the open}

_{truss is a must for me.(I'm one mile from the Gulf)}
