It's just a clock drive, not a Go-To. You mount it on an EQ wedge and use the setting circles to aim it. The clock drive "tracks" in RA only.

Yup. You did. There are supposed to be two motors on the old mounts. It was to cut down on backlash. There doesn't seem to be one in the big squarish hole at the top of the base. I didn't know if that changed at some point, like as an experiment or some third-party mod, or if this mount is just missing one of them. They did burn out from time-to-time. He didn't mention that there was a power cord.
I'd call, but the only phone I have is the one here at work...so that's probably a no-no, and I tried Messages on a Mac, but it didn't go through. Must not have an iPhone.
