Ok Folks -

You've done the Messier (they, in fact, are now your finder objects), you've done the Caldwell (child's play), you've done the Herschel 400 and H2(then just for kicks you knocked off the rest of the H objects with your big binos), and you've done *all* the AL lists. (BTW - If you have done the ARP AL list, - "we're not worthy... we're not worthy...") If NGC/IC/RNGC, MCG, UGC and even the PGC have become commonplace, and you've started on ones that are only listed in the CNG (neat trick that - BTW)...

Can you knock even one object off the AINTNO 100 list?

Jim,

The AINTNO objects are not really all that affected by light pollution. In fact, I do most of my AINTNO observing in the daytime.

Of course, even folks who DO have dark skies will find the AL lists more fun.

I didn't see the Golden Arches or Circle K listed. Is that an over site or just on another list. There are so many I have lost track.

Let me be serious for a second here (this might be difficult)... You are absolutly correct. I've found it helps if people have something to shoot for, and to that end - check this out as well:

Each of the "clubs" has it's own target list. Once completed, you are eligible for a certificate. Well worth checking out. There are clubs for all age and skill levels and locations. From "Sky Puppy" (10 and under) to "Master Observer".

Take a look, you may just find a project you are interested in.
