When I screw the mirror back in place, does it matter which screw goes in which hole?

 

I didn't remove it from its holder.

The adjusting screws and the locking screws use different holes, yes.

Thank god. Dont ever do that, you'll NVR get it lineup again properly.  lol.gif

 

You should loosen the clips that hold the mirror down.

Enough so you can slide a poker card under the clip so the clips dont pinch the mirror and distort the image when at very high mag.

I think I understand. You removed the entire cell from the tube using the screws on the side of the cell/tube? If so then no it doesn't matter which screw goes where.
