Just looked at parts availability on this and it appears everything is still available and inexpensive:

TEC1-12706 40mm peltier cooler about $7 on Amazon.

W1209 DC 12V Digital Temperature Controller Board -50-110°C Electronic Temp controller is about $8 on Ebay

As for the heat sink and fan there are a zillion combinations you can go with, but maybe $15 or $20. Possibly an already integrate CPU cooler?

A bit of thermal paste. Some hardware. Some soldering, heat shrink.

I see you attached the temperature probe to the camera with a rubber band.

Hi,

I'm putting together this neat project for an all-sky camera. For those who have made one, just wondering if you have both the peltier and fan controlled by the relay or if the temperature is steadier with the fan on constantly?
