In prep for the eclipse I down loaded this software and gave it a try.  It clobbered the onboard software in both my 60Da and a 40d.  I know once it killed one I never should have connect the second one.

Now for the dreded Canon Service process.  Ugh.

What version? the pre-release V 4.0 (prior to 4.3) works fine on my antiquated T1i(500D)...seems you may have more problems than just the software.

Since the V 4.0 works, have not installed/tested 4.3 with my setup's (W7).

Perhaps I should?? Perhaps I may...?

Something's not right with your issue.....

Hi Ed, If you "Google" that software there are warnings about it.
