Looks like a 10 inch f/6 to me. It's in rough shape but could be easy to restore to like new. I love the Cave 10 inch models. Me thinks there would be negotiating room on the price due to the rough condition.

Looks to be in good shape. Just the normal paint coming off like they all do.
