The 28mms have larger prisms IIRC

Matt, the ghosting issue is still present?

Same issue as mine?

I have a V1 from 2014 that has small prisms like yours. I do see ghosts occasional but nothing that disturbs me. I don’t scan with them like you do.

If I where hunting comets like I believe you do I imagine it would be distacting.

Exactly....for those that go to specific objects and observe statically not an issue.

That's what I do with Cyclops viewing; the 6 inch f/5 refractor makes a good companion with the 13mm and 10mm Ethos eyepieces.

It seems that APM is giving a huge discount on all of its 100mm, 120mm Apo ED & Semi-Apo models, again!?

http://www.apm-teles...m-aperture-more

2 395€ for a 100mm 45/90° Apo ED models (plain)

2 549€ including Reddot Finder and Center-Mount

1 295€ for 100mm Semi-Apo models

3 779€ for 120mm Apo ED models

As well as a discount on some of its 50, 70 & 80mm ED binos!!? (..think l my go for that 70x16 model grin.gif )

Any particular reason for that move (except to boost the slow sales), since there isn't any "occasion" like Christmas, black Friday, etc...?
