Thanks for spotting my mistake, I'll pull that spacer out tomorrow after work and take new pictures.

I am also.

I took the spacer out and moved it to the guide camera side.

Now I have some clearance issues with the OAG.  Posting picture and link since Tapatalk has issues on my phone.

Looks like 5mm short of clearing.  I can work around it.

I also noticed today that the oag guide camera focusing ring interferes with my Celestron electronic focuser.  :(

Has your focuser issue been resolved ?

Any luck getting some good subs with your new setup ?

The interferrence between pentaprism/folded mirror and focuser is managable.  I have the OAG picking from the bottom of my dslr.  So far there has been a star or stars available w/o having to rotate.

I have little over an hour and a half using a t5i.  Stars look round to me.

I'd really like to get more data of this but the skies and my work schedule are working against me.

Very nice image ! Good job!

Glad you were able to get some light. Until last week, I didn't get that much clear skies for a loooooong time (June??). frown.gif

Stars definitely look round to me too. Would also be interesting if you could share an uncropped (and unprocessed) sub for reference.

CS!

Can you confirm if this has been working for you?  And if so can you share the specs of the custom part you ordered?
