I tried for Sirius B tonight with my 5" (127 mm) Orion Mak and was surprised how quick I caught it. Excellent transparency and seeing was pretty steady.  Definitely easier than when I used the 4" Mak. Eyepiece was a new 11 mm ES with 82* AFOV. I was actually testing the eyepiece and decided to got to Sirius. Very nice night here but cold for Tucson , low 40s ( I know, that's a heat wave for some of you!)
