Issue: Can not Connect iOS iPhone with WiSky.

Connection of MacBook/Wisky works fine, meaning Wisky is set up properly

I have gone thru the iOS directions multiple times... when I get to the "Configure your iOS device’s network" section, I am not seeing what the Software Bisque Directions are suggesting. The PDF was updated in Dec 2017. I did have an iOS update in the last few days.

I have no option to "tap the Static pane" in the iOS Wifi settings. (IPV4 Address - Configure IP)

    Can anyone advise?

Notes from iOS/Wisky set up below:

Configure your iOS device’s network to use the static IP address: 169.253.1.2 After joining SWBisqueMKS5###, tap the information button, tap the Static pane and type 169.253.1.2 for the IP Address and 255.255.0.0 for the Subnet Mask.

Thanks,

Steve

RESOLVED!

The Software Bisque WiSky directions left out a 255 from the Subnet Mask line in iOS.

Incorrect - 255.255.0.0

CORRECT - 255.255.255.0.0

Hope this helps someone in the future.

Drop the last .0, network addresses only have 4 hexadecimal groups, 255.255.255.0 is correct. I see its using 169.253.1.x as the range.
