gravitational wave and dark matter satellite
  description:
in 2017, there are two very important worldwide astronomy discoveries, one is
gravitational wave, another is Cosmic high-energy rays in 1.4Tev。

gravitational wave,which caused by combination of two neutron stars, and be
observed by many worldwide detectors and telescopes such as  LIGO,
and a Chinese telescope locates in Antarctica.
in Oct.16,2017, worldwide astronomers declared this very important discovery in same day.

DAMPE, is a dark matter satellite which launched in 2015.
the year 2017 saw the discovery of a strange curve of Cosmic high-energy rays in 1.4Tev,
 

this is a very important step in explore the dark matter.
in Nov.30,2017 the magazine <Nature> declare this discovery.

my this painting show this two very important astronomy discoveries:
under the brilliant south polar aurora, the  Antarctica telescope watch the combination of two neutron stars,
the DAMPE satellite fly over Antarctica (DAMPE is a Polar orbit satellite,it do fly over Antarctica)
two penguins watch the sky, probably they are also astronomy amateurs  :)

Really like it. Maybe 'Oumuamua could be added in, another profound discovery from 2017.
