I ran across this tonight, a nice little tool the Bintel Astronomy Calculator. Gives you info for picking the right sized camera for your setup. Also there is info on EP magnification and true FOV of them and so forth. I'm still checking it out.

Astronomy.Tools (go to imaging mode) does the same thing but with many more object choices and camera presets.
