Sharpless 2-301 is a bright nebula in Canis Major ; long distorted triangular shape with many stars involved within ; size: 8'x7' ; DGM filter works well on this object ; 22mm Panoptic eyepiece at 78x magnification I used my 14.5 f/4.3 Starstructure Dob
