From the opening in the Showa-era Godzilla thriller, "Ghidorah, The Three-Headed Monster".
Any guesses as to the glass on display???

Well this is not a classic scope in a movie but I just watched the movie Perfect Storm about the true story of the loss of the Andrea Gail in the storm of 1991. There is a character in the film, a meteorologist, whose name is Todd Gross played by actor Christopher McDonald. It appears that it is the very same Todd Gross that used to have a telescope review site which I read and enjoyed very much.
