Thanks Mitch! Following up on Q4, in your picture, either the vanes are not at 90 degrees, or the terminations are not equidistant from each other on the circumference of the OTA - I'm pretty sure of this.
The vanes are at 90º
The holes in UTA are equidistant left and right from the focuser but the front ones are farther apart than the back ones since the vanes are at 90º AFTER being offset away from the focuser.
