I was wondering about them myself. For those in the US, did you have to pay duty on any of the items? I have my eye on an Alt-Az mount that's not available in the US.

Anyone has experience ordering from them?
I've bought from them. They're very responsive, anything gets missed they're fast with emails and take care of everything. Shipping and all for an imported item from another country to USA is quite reasonable on the costs. And they take Paypal/CC without any hassle overseas. I would highly recommend them. They make custom stuff too and it's fantastic.

Well, can't get through their phones....no response to email, and no contact via facebook chat. Yeah, writing them off. This is bad service.

Dont give up. Maybe theyve a temporary issue with whatever communication you're using! Theyre a big company so will have good systems in place for problems. You allowing for time zones and opening times?

I've had nothing but excellent service from them, delivery to the states was surprisingly quick. They were very responsive by email when I contacted regarding a large custom ERF filter cell.

I tried all morning and all avenues...and noting. Now their call center is closed for the day, I guess. They are quick to get money and deliver, but their after service is terrible. And more and more ppl expressing to me the same

Is there some weird European holiday? I get those sometimes and things close down (was dealing with the Chinese New Year the other day), and it's not about customer service so much as European holidays. I'd check to see. It's strange; they're usually so good. I hate you're getting the "cold shoulder" with them.

They are communicating with me right now. Is like they heard my frustration. I am having a constructive conversation with them. It was a bad comedy of errors.
