Hi all,

Seeing wasn't predicted to be very good, but the skies were clear so I took a chance. The results were much better than I expected. I'm not sure how many more images of Mars I'll get. The weather has been unforgiving. Just one more image will take me to 275 for this opposition.

274, hope you can get at least one more before Mars  gets more westward..
Nice detail in the image.

Paul, how long have you been imaging?

Jim,

Thanks!! I just came in from collecting Mars images. The seeing looked good enough so #275 is probably in the bag. I'll find out tomorrow. I've been imaging with CCD since July 2003, and starting imaging this opposition in late October 2017. Seems like forever! lol.gif lol.gif lol.gif
