Here's a very similar transient, a probably dwarf nova WZ Sge type too ?

 

Name : TCP J05390410+4748030

Discovery details:
R.A. 05h39m04.10s, Decl. +47°48'03.0" (J2000.0)
2019 Mar. 14.4227 UT, 13.3 mag (CCD, unfiltered)
Discoverer: Yuji Nakamura (Kameyama, Mie, Japan)

 

I made a visual estimation of this object UTC 2019/03/14 19:25 mag.: +11.5

using 6inch f10 Jaegers refractor and 10mm Pentax XL eyepiece

my visual estimate +11.6mV

Based on the image I took and using comp stars 113 and 120 I estimated this new variable at mag 11.7.
