Hello there,

I am setting up my new ZWO Off Axis Guider.

My pressing question now is:

How can I rotate the guide camera to look for a better star field? Is it even possible?

If I loosen the three setscrews that lock the camera and that seem to be made for this, I can only turn so far before

one of the three tabs in the round dovetail retaining ring hit the prism stem and block further movement. Hope

that's clear without a picture. Anyway I see no way to rotate the guide camera a full 360 degrees without either

removing the prism stem temporarily (!), or else half-disassembling the OAG. I suspect a design flaw. What do you say?

Thanks,

James
