That is slick. I haven't read the whole thing yet, but certainly will. The light setup is cool and the pictures are fantastic. Excellent!

Great images! Hard to believe they're from that type scope! Maybe you can make a Photoshop preset for 'pseudo phase contrast'!  smile.gif

I think your unknown is just a paramecium of some sort. Of course, that is just a guess, maybe a little more than a guess, but I'm no expert and don't play one on TV.
