Hello,

I am think about an extender for my Tak FSQ-106 and looking for feedback on this.

What is your experience ? Can it be used also for imaging of Galaxies ? ....even the F gets slow slow ?

Or its more a visual use ?

Thanks

Christian

An extender equipped fsq106 will be able to image just fine it is not only a visual purpose extender , also works superb for imaging. You won’t be able to cover a Full Frame sensor with it though.
You can go after galaxies etc no problem , you might need longer subs etc depending on how you shoot. it should do a superb job on clusters.
