I have my Orion Sirius connected to an ASIAir via EQMOD.

On my ASIAir, I can tell the mount to go to some Dec/RA coordinates. Let's say I want RA 5hr 50min and Dec 10 deg, 10 min

The mount will star slewing and then according to the display on my ASIAir iOS app at like RA 5hr 46 min and Dec 9 deg it will stop.

I will try the slew again and again, it will get maybe a little closer, but maybe not. It won't reach the actual target coordinates.

Why is that?

Does it do that if you just use the hand controller?

The above situation was a one time thing when many other skews using EQMOD seemed fine.

I haven't seen it with the hand controller before.

In these cases are there any options for what your can do?
