Last Saturday evening, after collimating my 5" SCT, I took out the PVS-7 with the Pentax 200mm tele lens and a Lumicon Night Sky filter. While comfortably sitting in a deck chair I spotted three globular clusters within 3 seconds, to the left of Cassiopeia, and quite low in the sky. It was getting cold and I got back inside without being able to identify them, but it was still a nice way to wrap up the evening.
Nice sight for a quick spotting sweep
