So I came across a brand names Olivon on the B&H website. I've never heard of them nor was I able to find reviews. Has anyone ever used these? Thoughts?

TS is a triplet, Olivion a doublet!

I have the TS, a dream scope and focuser.

The 80mm F6.25 (first link) is the same as the discontinued Eon and Celestron Onyx.

Great scopes but the Olivion is way over-priced IMO.

Why does a 100mm f/6 doublet made with fpl-51 cost $1549?   That is almost 3x the cost of the AT102.

Amazon was selling Olivon achromats, EDs, APOs... but it seems not anymore. It appears that telescopes.net still carries them.

I have owned an Olivon 90mm ED spotting scope and tripod for several years.  They are both quality instruments and I enjoy them very much. Olivon USA is a great group to work with
